He was the brother of my 2 times great grandfather.

Hi Lisa! Welcome, and great find. Joseph was still alive in 1888, according to the 1888 Kelly's Directory of Warwickshire. He was also the bill poster of Atherstone. Thanks so much for posting the photo.
