Town Crier's Last Post

John Karsten became a towncrier in 1979, and first performed during the TULIP TIME festival in Holland Mi USA.......He first cried at a competition in Halifax NS, in 1985, and again in 1986.Since than he has been at events all over the world. His last two events were in his home country the Netherlands in sept 2009................

In Holland he is know as the dutch towncrier, he immigrated to the USA in 1957..........
