When I gave you permission to use my oill painting of Richard Kirk it was on the understanding that it was my oil painting and should be acknowledged as such. At the time I notice you did acknowledge this, however that acknowledgement appears to have vanished and as a result other people are starting to use my painting on their sites. I would ask that you continue to acknowledge this is my painting, alternatively, kindly remove it from your site.
